Description
Red Canyon, with a 30x40m playing field, is Cargo’s big brother. Red Canyon is a team deathmatch in a free roam VR setup with a capacity of up to 24 people. To refine Cargo’s successful experience, the existing Optitrack tracking system was expanded to include additional cameras. Meanwhile, this can also be played using the newer Inside Out tracking system.
Players can move around freely in an industrial environment in the middle of an imposing canyon in the desert. VR Base adapted the existing hardware, expanded the software and created the designs, 3D models and animations. All in-house, with the top in Belgium in terms of specialized creatives and developers.
