We work hands-on with companies across Europe — combining deep product engineering with on-site experience in regulated environments. The focus exists on what makes XR usable inside an enterprise — security, integration, scenarios that don't break under real conditions. We engage as a partner, not as a vendor.

Business Development Manager (new business)

As Business Development Manager, you are responsible for winning new industrial customers and generating new ARR through pilots and scalable deals in the manufacturing and process industry. You open doors at operations, engineering, maintenance, HR/L&D and C-level, and translate our XR technology into concrete business cases with measurable impact on safety, efficiency and lead time. You think in opportunities.
